The deal, in plain words.

Three Statement is run by Pursuit Labs, LLC, a Florida company. By using the site or the app you agree to what follows. If anything here is unclear, email Contact before you pay.

What this is

A planning tool. You type assumptions about a business and the app turns them into an income statement, a balance sheet, a cash flow statement, a Sources and Uses page and a written Management Discussion. Everything it shows is arithmetic on what you entered.

What this is not

Three Statement is planning software made by Pursuit Labs, LLC. We are not financial advisors, accountants or lawyers. Nothing here is financial, tax or legal advice. The numbers come from your assumptions.

• Not investment advice. We are not auditors, not investment advisers and not your fiduciary.
• Not an audit, a review, a compilation, or any other form of assurance. Nobody here checks your plan.
• Not a promise of any outcome. A plan is a plan. It does not mean a lender will lend, an investor will invest, or the business will do what the pages say.
• Not bookkeeping. The app does not connect to your bank or your accounting system, and it does not produce statements of what actually happened.

Talk to your own accountant or lawyer before you rely on anything the app produces, and before you give it to anyone else.

Your account

You can build a plan without an account. To save plans to your account you sign in with a code sent to your email address, so keep that inbox secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may close an account that abuses the service.

What you pay

There is a free plan and there are paid plans. The prices are on the pricing page and they are in United States dollars. Tax may be added at checkout where it applies.

Payments are handled by Stripe. A subscription renews on its own at the end of each period, monthly or yearly as you chose, until you cancel it. We may change prices, and if we do, the change reaches an existing subscription only at its next renewal and we tell you first.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing page in your account. Your paid features keep working through the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free plan.

There are no refunds for a partial period. If something is broken and we cannot fix it, email us and we will make it right.

Your plans belong to you

What you type is yours. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything. We store it so the app can show it back to you, and we can look at an account's data when you ask us for support or when we have to keep the service running.

You can download any plan as a JSON file at any time, on any plan including the free one. If you drop from a paid plan to the free plan you keep the plans you have already built and can still edit and delete them, but you cannot add new ones beyond the free limit.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up and we do not promise that it always will be. Features can change, and a feature described as coming soon is not a promise of a date. If we ever have to shut the service down, we will give notice and time to download your plans.

Accuracy

We build the engine carefully and the balance sheet carries a check row that shows when the model does not tie. Even so, software has bugs and we can make mistakes. Check anything you rely on, and tell us if you find an error so we can fix it for everyone.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and Pursuit Labs, LLC is not liable for a business decision made on the strength of a plan you built here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Fair use

Do not resell access, do not scrape or hammer the service, do not try to break into other accounts, and do not use the app to mislead anyone about a business. Do not present output from this tool as audited or reviewed financial statements.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. When we do, the date below changes. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new terms. Florida law governs these terms.
