What cancelling does
You cancel on Stripe's page, which the buttons above open. We don't cancel it from here, so the record, the receipt and the card all stay in the one place that holds them.
Your paid features keep working through the period you've already paid for, and then the account returns to the free plan. There are no refunds for a partial period.
Your plans stay in your account. You keep every plan you've already built and you can still open them, edit them and download them from the app, and you can't add new ones beyond the free limit.
Signing up again later starts a new subscription rather than resuming the old one.
I've put the cancel button next to the one that changes your card, at the same size, because burying it would be a cheap trick.
Closing the account for good
Cancelling stops the billing and leaves the account standing. Closing the account is a different thing, and there's no button for it here, so you ask and we do it by hand.
Email Contact from the address on the account and we delete your plans and your sign-in sessions and close the account. If you've paid, we keep the record of the payment for our books, so your email address stays on that record.
Download anything you want to keep before you ask, from the app. Once they're deleted we can't get them back.
The terms say the same things at greater length, and the privacy page lists everything we store.
